Lisa's Scrap shack challegne

Well Hello everyone I'm late on my blogging again but I'm here now. Lisa sent us some questions to answer and a challenge to do here is mine:
1.Family Status?
I have been married for 21 years to my loving devoted husband Grant. We have 4 beautiful children:
- Josh who is 24 and is engaged to be married Aug 1, 2010 to Candace and their little girl Gem.
- Sarah who is 20 and lives with her boyfriend John
- Amanda who is going to be 19 soon and is living with her brother and his family right now to go to college in the fall, she has a boyfriend named Kyle.
- Jessica who is going to be 19 soon (yes they are twins) and she lives at home still and is going out with Tony.
- Duchess our loving puppy of 5 years. Yes she is my baby!

2.What inspires you?
Many things inspire me, I love colors, shapes, and putting all different things together. I get ideas from looking at magazines, quilt patterns and just sitting with a paper and pencil watching and thinking as the birds and bugs fly by.

3.What time of day are you most creative?
I would have to say morning because I have my coffee in my hand and the juices are flowing through my head after a good nights sleep dreaming about what a page needs to finish it.

4.What three tool can you not live without?
I could not live without my:
a) paper piercer - I just hate when you go to put in a brad or something and the tabs bend back without a hole punched out for them.
b) circut machine - I love how I can make all my letters. I LOVE letters!!
c) making memories paper cutter - I love how big it is and it is self sharping. Never have a dull blade, love it.

5.What came first the chicken or the egg?
I have to say the chicken because God created all living creatures, which in turn laid a egg.

How that for ya and here is my project for you to see hope you like it and it helps you all to have inspirations for a layout or project of your own :)

April showers bring May flowers

Happy May to everyone, well the snow is finally gone (I hope) and the flowers that are planted up here at Lac La Biche that I had transplanted from Calmar, are starting to pop up. Hopefully this year is dryer than last year so we can get some landscaping done before the snow falls again. Anyhow enjoy the summer coming and the birds chirping and flowers blooming, I have some new layouts done but I have been so busy at work that I have not got pictures taken of them yet. I will get them posted by Monday. As well I will have a Design Team challenge done and posted by then as well, so you all come back by Monday and see whats new.
